The National Electric Code specifies ground fault protection. Power your heat tracing with a 30mA GFEPD circuit breaker, or select one of our electronic thermostats.
In most applications, thermostats are not required with self regulating heaters. However, for more precise control and for more energy efficient operation, consider adding a mechanical or electronic thermostat to your order.
